The procedure for EB3 until getting a green card:
1. (i) You find an employer that is willing to hire you with a sponsorship of a green card (EB3 processing) - Kennedy Access is a staffing company specialized in EB3 green card processing that works together with 14 green card sponsoring employers in 20 different locations in USA.
(ii)An employer company has a campaign setting up salary or wages which should be paid to the employees after checking on the local job market with the same vocation field. Then, the employer has to sbumitt a prevatiling wage request (PWR) to the Department of Labor (DOL)
(iii) The employer advertises for the job position on (1) local newspapers or a job posting website, (2) the state newspapers or posting sites in order to recruit workers, conducts job interviews, and then ultimately has to determine and prove to the government that no or few U.S. workers are qualified, willing, and available to take the job that the employer offered.
--> It takes 4-6 months for an employer to finish all these steps, but if you get an employer through Kennedy Access, you save this time! The companies that we bridge you are already ready to hire people with green card sponsorships, because the sponsoring companies continue to rotate to open for receiving foreign workers after fininshing their campaign with the government.
2. Your employer completes a request for the Labor Certification for you and sends it to DOL. The DOL's approval means that it is confirming that no US workers were available for the job and that your employer is eligible to go for the process of applying for your green card. --> Kennedy Access does all these required works for your green card on behalf of your employer and you (and your dependents-family)!
3. Your employer submits a visa petition for you to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). This petition is called I-140(Immigration Petition). You can choose to make a petition for a reqular processing or premium(express) processing. If you choose to go with the premium processing with extra $1,410, you will get a result from USCIS in 2 weeks. --> Kennedy Access does all these required works for your green card on behalf of your employer and you (and your dependents-family)!
4. After (or in the midst of the process of) your I-140 visa petition is approved, your case is ready to be filed for Green card processing called I-485(Status Adjustment) for the domestic and DS260 for the international. --> Kennedy Access does all these required works for your green card on behalf of your employer and you (and your dependents-family)!
5. Your EAD Card(work permit) and re-entry(travel internationally) permit are issued with a finger print done, and you are scheduled for and attend an Interview for a green card at a U.S consulate or local USCIS office (at the USA Embassy in your own your country for those who applied for EB3 visa from other countries).
6. While you are working at the employer with your work permit, you will get an interview and receive a green card!
<It takes approximately earliest 24 months to latest 48 month, but if you get an EB3 processing service from Kennedy Accees, it will only takes 18 to 24 months for you to receive a green card after all these steps!
