Procedure

Kennedy Access provides the entire service of processing & filing your case for a green card through EB3 program. 

 

You will get a green card only for working for one year at one of our partnership companies.  

However, please understand that everything depends on the USCIS policy and how they process each case, so that we cannot 100% guarantee that you will receive a green card.

  

The entire time for all the process until you receive a green card is approximately 18-24 month. But, as you know, it totally depends on current USCIS policies that change frequently nowadays.

This is the procedure for EB3 till getting a green card:

 

1) Apply for one of our sponsor companies a File for the Labor Certification a File for I-140(Immigration Petition)

2) a File for I-485(Status Adjustment: Green Card) à Start working with EAD Card(work permit) 3) get a finger print done and attend an Interview for a green card à receive your green card!

 

Once your I-1485 is filed,

you will receive a work permit (EAD Card) and Re-Entry Permit(You can travel outside the U.S with this), then you will have to start working right away for your sponsor company.
